A young, unaged wine that is 90% Macabeo, 5% White Grenache and 5% Verdejo. This elegant and complex white wine, with a strong personality and character, is made with grapes from 25-year-old vines that thrive in Toledo.
Straw yellow colour, clear and bright. Floral and grassy notes complemented by hints of red and white fruits, fennel, strawberry and peach fill the nose. Such complexity and intensity is surprising in a young wine.
In the mouth, it’s broad and fluid and surprisingly reminiscent of pineapple and flinty mineral notes.
Elegant with well-balanced acidity, its freshness is enticing whatever the season.
