Stakhovsky winery were able to extract new qualities of this ancient grape variety (Saperavi) due to the terroir. Warm climate in combination with the elevation of the winery (100m - 200m) gives the wine freshness and structural balance.
Aromas of dried black fruits, chocolate and light notes of green pepper with complex but light structure of the wine.
Flavours of cherry, prunes, dark chocolate and ripe blackcurrant.
