In a unique and natural setting in Provence, the Château de Chausse encompasses 135 beautiful acres of land, including 35 acres of vineyards. The soil on the estate is composed of sandy clay and schist, and the terrain enjoys a sunny climate softened by the proximity of the Mediterranean sea.
The grapes are manually harvested and carefully selected. The latest and traditional winemaking techniques co-exist.
