"I Love You" is a gorgeous zero-added sulphur red from Chateau de Vieux Moulin; one of the most exciting organic wineries in the Languedoc region of Corbieres. Talented winemaker Alex They has crafted a seductive, light-bodied unoaked silky red, bursting with fragrant red cherry and pomegranate notes.
“I Love You” is an organic Cinsault made without any additional sulphites. Vinified with wild yeasts in stainless steel tank, then aged for 1 year on fine lees.
It’s a gorgeous, silky light-medium bodied red with perfumed pomegranate and red cherry notes alongside hints of dried wild herbs. Gentle tannins and fresh acidity round out the package. A true Vin de Soif.
